Employer Branding
The reputation and image an organisation projects as a place to work, to current and prospective employees.
Employer branding is how an organisation is perceived as an employer โ its values, culture and the experience of working there โ as seen by current staff and potential candidates.
A strong employer brand makes it easier and cheaper to attract talent, improves offer acceptance and supports retention. A weak or inconsistent one raises hiring costs and effort.
It must be authentic. The lived experience of employees, visible on review sites and through word of mouth, ultimately shapes the brand far more than marketing claims.
