Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS)
A simple metric measuring how likely employees are to recommend their organisation as a place to work.
The Employee Net Promoter Score adapts the customer NPS method to the workplace. Employees answer, on a 0โ10 scale, how likely they are to recommend the organisation as a place to work, and are grouped into promoters, passives and detractors.
The score gives a quick, trackable indicator of overall sentiment that is easy to communicate to leadership and monitor over time.
Its real value lies in the follow-up: pairing the number with open comments and action reveals why people feel as they do and what to change.
