4.2 ZoomInfo WebSights (Third-Party Visitor Intelligence)

The Site loads a third-party script from ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. (“ZoomInfo”) via “https://js.zi-scripts.com/zi-tag.js”. ZoomInfo WebSights is a business-to-business visitor intelligence service that identifies the organisations visiting the Site and supports B2B lead-generation activities.

When the script runs, ZoomInfo may set cookies on your device and may collect information including:

a visitor identifier associated with your device or browser;
IP address (used to associate your visit with an organisation);
pages visited and navigation path;
browser type and operating system;
referring URL; and
date and time of visit.

4.3 Purpose and Legal Basis for ZoomInfo

The ZoomInfo script is used for our legitimate business interest in understanding which organisations are evaluating BambooHR and Grouper’s services, so that our sales and customer-success teams can follow up appropriately.

ZoomInfo primarily reports at an organisational level (identifying the company, not the specific individual) and does not ordinarily identify named individuals through this script.

ZoomInfo processes data under its own privacy policy, which can be reviewed at www.zoominfo.com/legal/privacy-policy. ZoomInfo is headquartered in the United States. Transfers of personal data to ZoomInfo from the EEA are subject to appropriate international transfer safeguards.

If you wish to opt out of ZoomInfo’s data collection, you may do so via ZoomInfo’s opt-out mechanism, details of which are available in their privacy policy, or by blocking the script through your browser settings or an ad-blocking tool.

5. Technologies We Do Not Currently Use

To help you understand the scope of cookie use on this Site, the following categories of cookies or tracking technologies are not currently deployed on bamboohr.grouper.ie:

6.4 Clearing localStorage and sessionStorage

Clearing localStorage will remove your saved language preference. Clearing sessionStorage will remove the session-level geo-routing cache.

8. Retention Periods

Grouper’s own infrastructure and first-party data processing are based within the EEA in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
